  • How do I schedule a pick-up?

    You may either call us at (856) 394-5770 or click here to complete our online service request form.

  • What information do I need to schedule a pick-up?

    You should have the following information ready: Patient's full information, including name, date of birth, medical history, height and weight, medical insurance information (policy number, group number and authorization code if applicable), and social security number (if you request service online, we will collect this information when the Transportation Coordinator calls to confirm your appointment).

    Trip information, including full address of the pick-up and drop off location, date and time of desired pick-up.

  • Will this service be covered by my insurance?

    Insurance plans may cover medically necessary transportation. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if your trip will qualify.

  • Will you bill my insurance directly if I'm covered?

    Yes. We will bill your insurance directly for service if you provide all the necessary insurance information at the time of appointment reservation. However, you may be billed for any co-pays, deductibles or other non-covered service payments at the time of transport.

  • My insurance will not cover my trip, and I want to self-pay. How will I know what the fee is for my trip?

    When a Transportation Coordinator contacts you to complete your transportation request, you will be informed of the total cost for your trip. Transportation fees are based on a base rate, plus mileage and any additional services or supplies needed (oxygen, type of vehicle requested, etc.).
