Tamara LaCouture, MD
Medical Director Board Certified in Radiation Oncology, Dr. LaCouture has been recognized as a "Top Doc" in her field by SJ Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine and Inside Jersey. A graduate of UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. LaCouture is a member of multiple professional societies, including the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology, the Radiosurgery Society, and the American College of Radiology.
W. Ross Green, MD
A 2012 graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Dr. Green completed his Residency in Radiation Oncology at Rutgers Institute of New Jersey/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident in 2016-2017. He is a member the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) and the American College of Radiation Oncology.

The Radiation Oncology Practice Accreditation (ROPA) program provides radiation oncologists with third-party, impartial peer review and evaluation of patient care. Facility staff, equipment, treatment-planning and treatment records as well as patient-safety policies and quality control/quality assessment activities are assessed.
