What is the Adult Mental Health Program?
The Adult Mental Health Program at Washington Township offers three programming schedules to address an array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Suicidal Ideation, Psychotic Disorders, and trauma. The Adult Mental Health Program offers a weekly group (Tuesday from 10:00am-1:00pm), an Intensive Outpatient Group, which meets three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am-1:00pm), and a Partial Hospitalization Group (Monday through Friday from 8:30am-2:30pm). Programming is typically 12-18 sessions in length and clients will have the opportunity to process their mental health concerns in a therapeutic environment, as well as have exposure to and practice with techniques and skills to manage their mood states. Clients will also have access to psychiatric services for medication monitoring and management while they are enrolled in program. Costenah Ward and Annetta Jones facilitate the Adult Mental Health Program.

Adult Mental Health Program Team
Costenah Ward, MA, LAC
Hi! My name is Costenah Ward, and I am a licensed counselor facilitating the Adult Mental Health Program at Washington Township. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stockton University and earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College. I deliver individualized, comprehensive care based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. While my approach is routed in this technique, I enjoy implementing a well-rounded approach, which also includes stress management, depression and anxiety reduction, improving effective communication, relationship building and yoga!
Hi! My name is Annetta Jones, and I am one of the clinicians for Mental Health. I love working with people, taking this journey with them and encouraging them to see the best that there is inside of them, even at the most trying times of their lives. I share with these individuals that they will get better and "land safely on both feet," as they gain a different perspective of living through challenging times. My passions are music, sports and fitness. I enjoy warm weather, being outside and spending time with family and friends.
