Meet the Practice Manager: 

Denine R. Gorniak brings more than 25 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping, working in the non-profit sector, to the Haddonfield Primary & Specialty Care team. Gorniak has managed and worked for fine arts and cultural, faith-based, and social services organizations throughout the Philadelphia region. She is also an avid volunteer for such institutions. Originally from Philadelphia, Denine currently resides in South Jersey with her son, Nate. Denine is looking forward to bringing an increased level of care and understanding to her LGBTQ+ community, of which she is an out and proud member.

Meet the Patient Navigator:

Sam Samsel, LSW, brings more than thirty years of social work experience to Haddonfield Primary & Specialty Care. Prior to joining the Haddonfield team, he worked in case management at Jefferson Stratford Hospital. In his role as patient navigator, Sam connects patients and caregivers with helpful community resources, assists with insurance issues, and facilitates referrals, when appropriate. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Sam enjoys being able guide individuals through a seamless, unique medical journey – walking with them every step of the way.
