Julie Fink, MS, CFRE
Director of Development
Julie joined Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey in 2020. She previously served as the Director of Development for the AtlantiCare Foundation, serving the AtlantiCare Regional Health System located in southeastern New Jersey. She began working in development in 2012 raising funds for social service organizations and has an expanded background in media, marketing and public relations. She holds a Master’s of Science in Non-Profit Management and Philanthropy and obtained her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credentials in 2017.
Joanne M. Sabatini
Director of Leadership Giving & Donor Relations
Joanne Sabatini, assistant director of donor relations, joined the Jefferson Health Foundation - New Jersey in 2013. Previously, she served as an events manager at Tech Impact. Joanne has earned her Bachelor of Science in accountancy at Villanova University.
Patricia McGowan, development associate for Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey, joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2018. Prior to joining the staff, she held development positions at several non-profit organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University.
Phyllis A. O’Neal
Assistant to Associate Vice President of Development, New Jersey
Phyllis A. O’Neal, assistant to the associate vice president of development, joined the Jefferson Health Foundation - New Jersey in 2015. Prior to the Foundation, she worked at Bancroft. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in MIS from Eastern University.
