The Tri-County Regional Ethics Committee (TREC) encourages you to celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day and learn about the importance of timely conversations regarding Advance Directives.
Join panelist Joseph A. Libby, MD, Medical Director of the Jefferson Health Elder Care Collaborative, Ana Maria Lopez, MD, MPH, MACP, FRCP, Medical Director, Medical Oncology and Chief of Cancer Services, Jefferson Health New Jersey, Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center and Gloria Jackson, DNP, AOCNP, ACHPN, Nurse Practitioner, Jefferson Health New Jersey, Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, along with other local healthcare experts, to discuss the importance of having the conversation regarding Advance Directives while you are healthy before a crisis occurs. The risks of not having these documents in place will also be discussed.
