Mind, Body & Spirit Series-The Gratitude Attitude- Fun & Simple Ways To Create a More Joyful Life

A Gratitude Practice is powerful and beneficial. It increases our wellbeing, reduces anxiety and improves sleep. By incorporating gratefulness into our everyday actions, we can take the first step towards making positive changes in our lives. In this class, we will learn simple and fun exercises to incorporate into our lives, such as gratitude journaling, meditation, positive affirmations and much more. Leave the class with a plan on how to create your own Gratitude Practice and be ready to experience a more happy and joyful life!
