Medical Student Rotations

During your rotation you will be exposed to situations that will provide you with a good foundation and experience in emergency medicine, which will further strengthen & challenge you as a medical student. You will work closely with our attendings and senior residents, who will mentor you throughout the month. Everyone you work with should offer a unique perspective to emergency medicine, and we hope to enhance your knowledge on all fronts -- from basic history taking skills, to complex resuscitation of the critically ill patient. You will rotate through all three Jefferson Health - New Jersey campuses for your clinical shifts. Supplemental didactics, ultrasound shifts, SIM/procedure labs, and journal club may also be incorporated into your rotation. Additional information, as well as rotation expectations, can be found in the clerkship manual in the links below.
